Tony Fadell and Matt Rogers, two ex Apple employees, decided in 2010 to create their own project, a connected thermostat which adapts to the lifestyle of the occupants. It goes without saying, with the background of the designers, this innovative idea was going to be elegant. The company, which was bought by Google for 3.2 billion dollars, now has several home automation products under its banner : connected smoke detectors, surveillance cameras and intercoms.
